I’m so glad you’re here.
From early on in my life, I have felt deeply drawn towards offering emphatic care to others. During my journey to fulfilling this desire, by becoming a therapist, my life has also been transformed by letting others in. I’d love to see that same transformation in you. Whether you’ve been to therapy before or thought it’s the last place you’d ever be, it would be my honor to meet you where you’re at and walk along side you in this particular season of your own journey.
You're not alone—and you don’t have to face this alone. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection. By undoing aloneness, we can begin collaborating to understand your internal landscape with curiosity and compassion—creating space for healing, integration, and reaching out for deeper connection in healthy relationships. I am looking forward to sharing my warmth, care, and authenticity with you, shining light on your strengths while also offering challenges to potential blind spots.
I am passionate about couples and individuals who are navigating relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, grief or trauma. I love working with couples, as well as men who are dads or partners, that are navigating perinatal or postpartum difficulties . I come alongside clients ranging from young parents to those renegotiating who they are as a person/spouse/parent/child as they approach becoming empty-nesters and beyond.
I am a Licensed Practicing Counselor in the state of Kansas and have a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling.
